This vehicle must only be driven in the state of rental unless prior authority given by Asset Rentals.

DAMAGE EXCESS

Standard Excess per accident $1500. Additional Age Excess (21-25 years) or Licensed less than 2 yrs; add $1000
STRICTLY NO DRIVERS UNDER 21 Years or PROBATIONARY LICENSE HOLDERS

The Excess is charged regardless of fault.  The excess is applicable for each separate incident if there are multiple incidents.

If an incident is not reported to Asset Rentals or their Agent, the rental cover will be void and the renter isre liable for the damage to the vehicle and any damaged to other vehicles plus loss or rent for the damaged rental

INFRINGEMENTS and TOLLS

Vehicles are NOT Fitted with toll tags and will incur fines if driven on toll roads
Any infringements incurred whilst the vehicle is on hire and not paid may incur an administration fee of $350.

PETROL

Petrol will be charged at $3.50 per litre if the vehicle is not refueled on return.

The renter acknowledges responsibility for the cost of repairs to the following terms not covered by insurance:

1. Windscreen Damage,
2. Headlight Damage,
3. Hubcaps and tyres lost or damaged,
4. All Damage caused by misuse or abuse,
5. All Interior Damage,
6. Any damage that occurs on unsealed roads,
7. Vehicles not returned as delivered (clean and refueled),
8. The cost of commissions, solicitor fees, late payment fees and any other fees incurred in the collection of payment.
9. NO SMOKING IN THE CAR AT ANY TIME OTHERWISE A $500 CLEANING COST WILL APPLY
10. NO PETS IN THE VEHICLE OTHERWISE A $500 CLEANING COST WILL APPLY
11. ANY VEHICLE DEEMED EXCESSIVELY UNCLEAN BY ASSET RENTALS STAFF INCURS A $500 CLEANING COST
